If you're in a hurry:
- Fry 1 sirloin steak (approx. 200 g) (do not cook through)
-> cut into thin strips
- Prepare 2-3 fried eggs.
Butter sauce:
- Melt 40 g butter in a pan, then add salt and a pressed garlic clove. Add fresh or dried herbs of your choice.
Then spread the sauce over the meat
- 1-2 pieces of chicken breast - cut into strips
- Then cut the strips lengthways so that there is space for a piece of cheese.
- Only use hard cheese made from raw milk, such as Emmentaler or Gruyere
- Wrap the chicken with a slice of bacon.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of VCO (virgin coconut oil) in the pan.
- Fry the chicken strips with the bacon.
- Serve with a small green salad.
